What is the Labor Coexistence Committee?
The Labor Coexistence Committee is a mandatory monitoring group composed of representatives of the employer and workers in equal parts, whose purpose is to contribute against psychosocial risks.
The legal representative of the Fundación Gimnasio Moderno elects the representatives of the employer and the workers elect their representatives through secret vote.
The period of the members of the committee shall be two years, from its formation, which will be counted from the date of communication of the election.
