The Code of Ethics serves several purposes: to precisely and clearly explain the principles, values, and processes of Gimnasio, fostering trust and transparency in the actions of its collaborators. It sets rules to regulate the behaviors of individuals, reduce undesirable conduct, improve our coexistence, remind and discuss the fundamental concepts of Gimnasio so that we all share a common language and align with what makes us unique. Additionally, it establishes the functioning of an Ethics Committee to ensure the proper implementation of this code. This document provides a roadmap for the guiding principles of the institution to be applied in practice and in our day-to-day activities.

Due to the importance of this document, the entire community has the duty to be familiar with its contents, fulfill their respective duties, and assert their rights using the procedures established for that purpose
