From now on you can celebrate your children’s parties or integration activities in the school facilities. You can make use of these spaces to have fun with all your friends and family.
Keep in mind the following to separate this wonderful space:
- Gimnasio Moderno only provides the space with previous request by formal mail and confirmation from the institution’s representative (Neil Carvajal – Mail: NeilCarvajal@GimnasioModerno.edu.co).
- The cost of the space is $905,000 pesos, which includes the Montessori green area, plus the tents that are provisionally installed in the same area.
- It must be paid before the party at the reception of the Modern Gymnasium Pool. Pool cell phone number 3138870014.
- After the Gimnasio Moderno gives the suggested and agreed space, the person who makes the request is in charge of the assembly that should be simple, since no dates are given before or after for these adjustments, because inside the institution other events of different characteristics are carried out and we must also follow and abide by the protocols generated by the global public health situation.
- For this activity, according to the updated protocols, the maximum capacity can be up to 60 people.
- All guests (Max. 60) are the responsibility of the applicant, and must enter showing their identity document and filling out the Notii and/or Antares application prior to entry.
- The consumption of food and beverages will be provided by the person in charge of the event, taking into account the restrictions for underage guests and garbage management.
- The restroom service is located in the high school quadrangle area.
- If electricity is required, it must be requested in advance in such a way that it is coordinated with the person in charge to see where it is needed and the procedure to follow in this matter.
- In the tent area, once the integration is finished, everything must be removed and the space must be returned clean and organized as it was received.
- Chairs and tables in the tent area should not be removed.
- There must be at least one person in charge of the cleanliness of the place so that it remains in the best conditions.
- Gimnasio Moderno does NOT offer parking service, as this is subject to the availability of the school in general. We invite you to use the nearby parking lots.
- In case of installation of sound for the activity, it is requested to handle prudent volume and according to the area of use.
- Gimnasio Moderno is NOT responsible for the loss or theft of personal and production items during your stay at school.
- In case of cancellation of the activity, notice must be given at least 5 days in advance.
- Any damage that may occur in the school facilities, as a result of any situation resulting from the meeting, will be assumed in its entirety by the person responsible for the activity.
