Camilo Naranjo Kairuz, since he was in school, was passionate about technology. After graduating, in 2003, he entered the Universidad de Los Andes to study Industrial Engineering and Economics. Later, he traveled to France to take a master’s degree in Information Systems.
As a student at the Gimnasio Moderno, he understood the importance of contributing to the well-being of others; For such reason, he always thought of linking his passion for computer systems to health services. That dream became a reality when he created “Saludtools”, one of the best digital platforms that offers quality health services that exists in the country.
His contribution to society has already been recognized by Forbes Magazine, who classified his venture as one of the 100 best startups in Colombia.
Today “Saludtools” is a company that has more than 7,000 doctors and 800,000 patients, in 7 Latin American countries.
Now Naranjo has the ambitious dream of turning his company into the largest Healthtech in Latin America. We have no doubt that his leadership spirit will make it happen.
