Field trips are fundamental for the development of the institutional philosophy, since they embody the principle of the Active School and learning in open spaces. Therefore, as part of Wellness Week, high school students visited various nature reserves near the city.
On this occasion the sixth grade visited the El Encenillo reserve in Guasca, seventh grade was in Tequendama, eighth grade in Chicaque and ninth grade in La Chorrera.
Excursions have always been transcendental in the history of the gymnasians. Getting to know the country is a premise for children and young people who seek to explore new frontiers.
This space allowed the consolidation of the bonds of fellowship and character strengths.
Congratulations to all the students who gave their best to consolidate one of the most significant values of our institution, Hiking.
