Next Thursday, February 18, the First Assembly of Parents 2021 will be held, which will be carried out through the Zoom platform, at 5:00 pm
The Assembly will have the following agenda:
- Quorum verification.
- Welcome by the parents board Asopadres presider by Mr. Alberto Carvajalino Grajales.
- Appointment of the commission for the drafting and approval of the minutes.
- Management report for 2020 by Mr. Alberto Carvajalino Grajales.
- Presentation and approval of the 2020 Financial Statements.
- Report of the Statutory Auditor.
- Ratification of the Statutory Auditor for the 2021 period.
- Report of the Parents Board in charge of its president Mrs. Yazmina De Vega.
- Words of the Principal Mr. Víctor Alberto Gómez Cusnir.
- Meeting at the beginning of the year of each course and election of representatives to the Parents Board .
