On February 18, the Department of Psychology and the “let´s have a good coexistence” program held the meeting “Between Two Worlds” with the students of Montesori II and the girls of the School Santa Francisca Romana. This activity, which is part of the Positive Psychology program, seeks to develop in students their own human strengths and virtues, to enhance those values in their daily lives and thus achieve a greater degree of happiness and personal well-being.
Throughout the day, children shared activities, workshops, games, anecdotes, while working in different values such as empathy, friendship and appreciation of beauty.
After sharing the snacks, the students of the respective schools enjoyed the screening of a fragment of the film “The Book of the Jungle” which emphasized the importance of seeing that “the essential and the vital” is in nature and around us. Taking into account the message transmitted by the previous fragment, the students took a tour of the most representative places of the school such as “La Raqueta”, the founders’ park and the chapel, in order to capture the world that they are able to see through drawings.
