In recent months, the students community has received at home, five copies of the e-books: Stay at home, which were prepared by the Program “Let´s treat each other well” of the Department of Psychology.
This material invites each family member to perform simple but deep activities to develop emotional skills and face experiences in a balanced way during physical distancing.
In each edition, the reader begins his adventure through the knowledge of himself, from illustrations with a great sense of humor that facilitate reflections on:
- Self-care
- Positive emotions
- Pauses based on meditation and mindfulness
- Network care; protection in the virtual space
The benefits of practicing these individual and family actions are summarized in starting meaningful guidelines to transform habits, get to know one’s self better, regulate emotions, build a realistic concept, treat one’s self well, maintain a healthy life, become more empathetic and build a philosophy of life based on well-being and resilience.
