According to the Statutes of the Modern Gym Foundation, the Plenary Room meets four times throughout the year:
In the first, it takes into account the reports of the Superior Council, the Rector, the Prosecutor and the Statutory Auditor. Likewise, it appoints the Statutory Auditor for a period of one year.
In the second meeting, those designated in the elections take possession of their posts and their members receive a report on the activities that took place in the Foundation’s institutions during the first half of the year.
The third meeting is held jointly with the Superior Council, without the presence of school administrators, and its purpose is to analyze the progress of the Modern Gymnasium Foundation and the results of its institutions.
In the fourth and last, they know the budget of the institutions for the following year and designate, each year, if they so determine, a maximum of three members of the seven that make up the Superior Council.
