The realization of a teacher is mainly due to its processes in the classroom. To do this, taking advantage of the presence of teachers with so much experience in school’s classrooms, Pompilio Iriarte and Beatriz Pacheco, Pilar Barreto, are currently working on classroom experiences with teachers, exchanging experiences and didactics in a prolongation of active teaching.
