To carry out the Baptism ceremony, the following documents must be presented to the Parish “La Porciúncula”:

• Civil Registry of the child.
• Marriage Certificate of the Parents. (If the parents are not married, their corresponding Baptism Records must be attached.)
• Photocopy of the Colombian National ID´s of the godparents.

The Parents and Godparents must take a course in the Parish “La Porciúncula”.
