Felipe Leyva is an Organizational Psychologist, specialist in Human Resources Management graduated from the Fundación Universitaria Konrad Lorenz. In 2011 he became certified as a Coach. He has had experience in the hydrocarbon sector, but found his passion in the education sector. From now on, he will accompany all the collaborators of the school as Director of Human Resources.
“I love working in a school because the benefits we have are not found elsewhere, here we train good human beings and I can contribute to everyone’s personal growth, both in physical and mental health, always ensuring the well-being and quality of life of the people. That is my vocation as a psychologist ”, stated Felipe.
In his spare time, Felipe is the vocalist of “La Urband”, a Ska band that has participated in various festivals such as Rock al Parque, and Día de Rock Colombia. He is also the director and founder of the cultural management collective in social networks “Bogoska Collective”, which manages all the ska bands in Colombia. “Ska has a very important message of equality, this is my principle of life and it is something that I can work on from my profession,” he said.
The School welcomes the new Director of Human Resources, his work will be of great importance to all.
