This is how the student community sees democracy at school.
During the classes of philosophy of the Tenth grade students, the students analyzed and debated about the importance of critical thinking in our world and why a democracy needs people who think critically.
After learning about the Socrates’ nominees of the philosopher Martha Nussbaum, and the concepts of critical thinking and education for democracy, doubt arose as to whether they felt that the Gimnasio Moderno would help them think critically and prepare them for democracy.
