It is a document prepared in accordance with Decree 1290 of 2009, of the Ministry of National Education, which regulates the assessment of the learning and promotion of students of basic and high school education levels.

This document clarifies the criteria for assessment, promotion, staying and retaking subjects. Likewise, the periodicity and reporting is clarified, support and follow-up strategies and actions for improving student performance are established.
