As is tradition at the school, on Tuesday, June 8, a simple ceremony took place in which the Montessori-1 students presented the eleventh grade students with the hiking neckerchief. This scarf, a gymnastic symbol, unites these two generations in friendship, brotherhood and gratitude to the school.
The event, which took place at the Cultural Center, was attended by parents, who bid farewell to the hikers and gave them several recommendations to represent Gimnasio Moderno with pride.
The excursion that the gymnasians will take outside of Colombia in their last school year will be an enriching experience and will provide new knowledge that will become memorable and enriching memories.
