Based on the recent announcement of the World Health Organization and with the aim of contributing to the prevention campaigns against the transmission of the COVID-19 virus, the school has determined to suspend the execution of the V Festival of Martial Bands, due to the number of people involved in such event, the event was scheduled to be held on Friday March 13th.

As a result, Friday’s school day will end at 4:00 p.m.

Those who have purchased tickets will receive the corresponding refund of the money in the Treasury Office, from Monday March 16th, with the corresponding ticket.

In addition, the Gimnasio Moderno reports that all the activities that were scheduled for the celebration of the 106 years of the school on next Wednesday, March 18th, are canceled.

In the next hours, the school will announce other preventive measures to be taken, based on the social responsibility that must be assumed to deal with this pandemic.
