When Juan Carlos Bayona Vargas resigned as Principal, Guillermo González Lecaros accepted the invitation to be in charge of the institution as Acting Principal, while the Superior Council carried out the selection process in which Victor Alberto Gómez Cusnir was elected
From March 1st to July 22nd of the year 2012, González Lecaros acted as “a fuse” – as he used to say – to confront the complex situation that had arisen during that time in the school environment.
During his term, Guillermo directed one of the first works, which would lead to the architectural and restoration reform that would later take place in the school. Such work was the reconstruction of La Raqueta.
