The new publications produced by the Escuela de Maestros, “Taxonomía para el Desarrollo” and “Guía del Docente”, offer an innovative proposal that will favor the academic growth and development of students.
These books contain a wealth of knowledge on topics such as lesson planning, the use of digital tools and the formation of communication skills, which will allow students and teachers to develop new skills, improve their knowledge and keep up with the latest trends in education.
The text of the Taxonomy is a fundamental tool for the School, as it will be the compass with which the modern will establish an evaluation system for students starting in 2024. The “Teaching Guide” is a reference manual for the teachers of the Gymnasium, in which they can find information about their responsibilities, rights and duties as educators. In this text they will also find a special tribute to Don Agustín Nieto Caballero and Pompilio Iriarte, emblematic figures of pedagogy in Colombia.
These two publications are an important contribution to the entire Colombian educational community, as they are the result of the intellectual work of the school’s teachers, who have worked tirelessly to offer a significant contribution to the country’s education.
