María Carolina Caicedo Pombo, is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana de Bogotá, with a specialization in International Business Law from Universidad de Los Andes. She has more than 15 years of experience working as a lawyer, consultant and director of the new business area in law firms and multinational companies.
From now on, she will serve as the new Director of Inter-institutional Relations of the school, a new position created by the Superior Council that aims to support the new needs and projects of the Development Plan from the international projection and citizenship of the world.
María Carolina has been married for 14 years and is the mother of two girls. Her hobbies include reading, playing golf, swimming and playing sports with her family.
“I am happy to be part of the Gimnasio community. This is a school with a great trajectory, with principles and values that I fully identify with. I am happy to be able to carry out important projects and developments through consolidated teamwork,” said Maria Carolina.
Gimnasio Moderno welcomes the new Director of Inter-institutional Relations. Her work will be of great importance since one of her main functions will be to lead the school’s fundraising program, which seeks to raise resources to be invested in the institutions administered by the Gimnasio Moderno Foundation. Likewise, through her office, relationships will be established with entities around the world, to benefit academic projects and Gimnasio students.
