Since Víctor Alberto Gómez Cusnir became the Principal of Gimnasio Moderno in 2012, the Bilingualism Program was implemented, a model that seeks that Gimnasio Moderno’s students, as citizens of the world, develop themselves properly in multilingual scenarios, without borders for knowledge and in permanent interaction with people from anywhere on the planet.

After having completed five years of structuring this model, as a fundamental requirement to be approved by the educational authorities, the Secretary of Education of the District authorized the implementation of the National Bilingualism Program to the school, granting it the official document that makes it a bilingual educational institution.

With this certification, Gimnasio Moderno finally culminates one of its most important transformations, it has caught up with the current times and with language learning, while maintaining its humanistic vocation worthy of this beacon of hope.
