In recent months, the families of Preschool and Second Grade Decroly, received an invitation from the program lets be nice with each other of the Psychology department, to share meaningful family time, cultivating concepts of healthy coexistence with the project of the “Good Treatment Theater”, in addition to leaving wonderful memories for posterity.
The construction of games, reflective exercises and stories allowed the community of the school to develop creative processes, as well as the acquisition of new vocabulary and mental agility, all this under the guidance of their parents in a fun and playful way. It is also worth mentioning the positive emotions that arose in these encounters, such as joy, pride and humor, as the children were surprised to discover a new fun facet of adults.
In the company of their parents, the students built the “Good Treatment Theater” with recycled materials and colored Brunosaurus and Drilo the Crocodile, the ambassadors of good treatment of our school.
With the dolls they made, the students acted out stories that in their words and actions reflected social-emotional skills and positive emotions, such as listening, caring, empathy, gratitude, will, serenity, and trust.
