The students of Montessori 2 received a visit from Sandra Chindoy, a member of the Kamentsa indigenous community, journalist and presenter of the television program ‘La Voz del Territorio’ of RTVC.
The Montessori children enjoyed the knowledge of the renowned journalist, who spoke to them about the customs of her community and the care they have for the planet. In addition, she shared with the children the process she has gone through to get to television and become the presenter of a program dedicated to show what happens in remote areas of the country.
At the end of the activity, the children asked questions and also shared their own experiences with the journalist.
